ThesisAgent is Zhiway's AI academic workbench, built around human-AI co-creation: every step from topic selection and outlining to a finished paper, including citation management and language refinement. It can be driven by AI or by you, and you stay in charge throughout — any step is switchable, traceable, and verifiable.
Is it a ghostwriting tool?
No. ThesisAgent is positioned as compliant academic writing and language support. Its core purpose is to help non-native English speakers express their research accurately in proper academic English — not to write entire papers for you. Author-led, human-AI co-creation, and verifiability are its guiding principles.
Who is it for?
Mainly Chinese students pursuing bachelor's and master's degrees abroad, along with any researcher who needs to write in academic English and wants to stay in control throughout the writing process.
Why is maintenance ending?
ThesisAgent completed its research-and-writing workflow validation. Zhiway is concentrating product and delivery resources on Idea Network, Idea Interflowing, Research Claw, and Research FDE, so ThesisAgent is scheduled to stop maintenance on September 1, 2026.
